Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end builder experience, from identifying where security teams get stuck to shipping intuitive, powerful flows.
  • •Partner closely with Design to turn ambiguity into clear, usable product experiences.
  • •Drive the conversational AI product forward as a first-class part of the platform.
  • •Define and evaluate what “good” means for the AI experience, including quality measurement and continuous improvement.
  • •Conduct customer research and usage/feedback analysis, then translate insights into actionable engineering requirements and launch new capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years as a product manager on SaaS products, or 2+ years in PM after an engineering role.
  • •Strong product sense for UX and UI, with ability to shape experiences around user pain.
  • •Genuine interest in AI products and how they behave, fail, and earn user trust.
  • •Enough technical fluency to partner with engineering and reason about how the product is built and consumed.
  • •Computer Science degree or equivalent technical background.
