Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and update labor reports for month-end reporting and insights into labor expenses, including roster reporting and month-over-month movement tracking.
  • •Perform financial analysis on operational and financial data to identify trends, investigate GL details, and produce reports and dashboards using Excel and Dodeca.
  • •Contribute to reporting and automation enhancement projects across requirements gathering, solution design, testing, implementation, governance, and post-deployment support.
  • •Serve as an Oracle Fusion reporting and forecasting SME, ensuring data integrity, adherence to standards/controls, and ongoing user support.
  • •Support forecast cycles and month-end close by running initialization/recurring checks, submitting forecast adjustments, and analyzing expense variances to explain differences and recommend actions.
