Job Summary

Provide technical support to maintain safety and improve manufacturing processes within the Oshkosh facility, driving quality, waste reduction, and productivity improvements. Act as an active participant in World Class Operations Management teams/pillars, investigate root causes of recurring process and production issues, and develop corrective solutions. Support standard operating conditions, train machine operators on new installations/modifications, troubleshoot with supervisors/maintenance, and help evaluate engineering projects to minimize downtime and waste.
