Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop proactive internal communications plans for major initiatives and organizational moments, translating strategy and OKRs into employee-relevant messaging.
  • •Build and scale internal communications programs, including editorial planning, channel governance, distribution practices, and measurement frameworks.
  • •Own and evolve Circle’s employer brand and EVP, leading storytelling and content strategy across careers content, employee stories, social, recruiting campaigns, and awards.
  • •Partner with Talent Acquisition to improve candidate experience using insights, feedback, and market signals; strengthen employer brand intelligence including AI sentiment monitoring.
  • •Oversee content development across internal and talent-facing audiences, drive employee lifecycle communications (new hire/onboarding), and build AI-enabled workflows for speed and consistency.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 257,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of progressive experience in internal communications, marketing, HR communications, content strategy, or a related field in complex cross-functional environments.
  • •Exceptional writing and editorial judgment across executives, employees, candidates, and cross-functional audiences, with strong voice adaptation.
  • •Strong track record driving internal communications programs at a fast-moving, global company, including communications planning and leadership messaging.
  • •Experience shaping or scaling employer brand efforts (EVP development, talent storytelling, campaign planning, or employer brand measurement).
  • •People management experience and demonstrated AI fluency in communications, content, or brand workflows.
