Job Summary

Own a portfolio of projects within the Programmes and Project Management team, supporting cross-pillar initiatives and delivering cohesive outcomes. Develop programme plans across scope, timelines, and resourcing; coordinate project execution and manage interdependencies, risks, and contingencies. Create stakeholder communication and reporting frameworks, track KPIs and milestones, and continuously improve methods, tools, and best practices. Collaborate across departments and mentor team members on delivery approaches.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and manage programme plans covering scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation to align with strategic business goals.
•Coordinate and integrate project execution within the programme, managing interdependencies and identifying risks or conflicts.
•Create and implement communication plans to keep stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and issues across all organizational levels.
•Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to programme delivery, building contingency plans and addressing challenges proactively.
•Use appropriate delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.) and maintain performance reporting on milestones and KPIs, continuously improving processes and tools.

Key Requirements

•Substantial experience in programme and project management with a proven track record of successful delivery.
•Deep understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall, with practical application.
•Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to communicate effectively at all levels.
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
•Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
