Lead the Orange, CA clinic to deliver integrated, high-acuity behavioral health care. You will supervise an interdisciplinary team, oversee intake and treatment planning, and drive strategic initiatives to improve patient outcomes and cost-efficiency, while guiding professional development and continuous improvement across the clinic. You’ll partner with physicians, therapists, dietitians, and care coordinators, implement evidence-based practices, and shape the local model for sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

•Team supervision and leadership: Lead and supervise an interdisciplinary team, fostering collaboration and success across all facets of the clinic and conduct daily care coordination meetings to oversee treatment plans.
•Intake leadership: Head the intake process by connecting new patients to necessary clinical resources and craft individualized treatment plans.
•Complex patient care management: Directly engage in care of complex patients, providing support to the clinical team and interventions as needed.
•Strategic planning and execution: Devise and implement strategic initiatives with clinical and operational stakeholders to elevate quality of care, outcomes, and cost-efficiency.
•Problem-solving and continuous improvement: Proactively identify issues, work with coworkers to create thoughtful solutions, and document lessons for future processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,000 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Licensure: An unrestricted registered license as a Psychologist, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT or LPC license in the state of California.
•Experience with severe mental illness (SMI) and other mental health challenges, including counseling patients and creating personalized treatment plans.
•Holistic health perspective and ability to work effectively in diverse settings with patients and colleagues.
•Strong interpersonal excellence: comfortable in one-on-one or group settings with excellent communication skills.
•Leadership and coaching capability to inspire teams and negotiate solutions that benefit patients and the organization.
