Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead maintenance supervisors to ensure building and equipment maintenance success and minimize mechanical downtime.
  • •Implement and manage maintenance systems including root cause analysis, reliability-centered maintenance, and TPM to maximize plant performance and minimize costs.
  • •Ensure team safety by enforcing policies/procedures and promoting a safety culture aligned with regulations.
  • •Serve as the go-to problem solver for equipment failures and day-to-day operational troubleshooting to prevent recurring problems.
  • •Partner with the plant engineer to design and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs using the SAP PM module and track maintenance KPIs for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university with 3+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • •Experience leading by training, coaching, mentoring, or managing a process or project.
  • •Advanced technical skills in mechanical/electrical fields (e.g., PLCs, instrumentation, mechanical engineering).
  • •Thorough knowledge of world-class maintenance management systems, work order processes, preventive/predictive maintenance, and TPM.
  • •Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and written/verbal communication skills.
