Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with project planning, including site layout, scheduling, and resource allocation for timely completion.
  • •Supervise on-site activities by monitoring progress, enforcing quality control, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • •Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and resolve conflicts.
  • •Manage procurement, delivery, and storage of materials and equipment to ensure adequate supply and timely delivery.
  • •Monitor project costs and maintain accurate documentation (progress reports, site records, and as-built drawings) while communicating updates to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering.
  • •Professional degree in MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA).
  • •Minimum 5 years working experience, including 3 years relevant experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of construction techniques, methods, and materials, including structural design.
  • •ERP knowledge (preferably SAP functional skills) and ability to use construction tools, including AutoCAD and project management software.
