Job Summary

Lead the implementation, administration, and optimization of enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems across on-prem, self-hosted, and cloud environments. Serve as a Tier 3 subject-matter expert for IAM services including Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), SSO, certificates, and PAM. Collaborate with engineering services, architects, cloud providers, and system admins to apply IAM security best practices, manage incidents/problem resolution, and support audits and compliance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Implement, administer, and optimize IAM systems and services to maintain secure user privileges, credential management, and access control.
•Provide Tier 3 global support and troubleshoot IAM services including Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), SSO integrations, certificate services, and PAM solutions.
•Collaborate with IT, security, and compliance teams to design and implement IAM and PAM strategies aligned to organizational requirements.
•Represent the IAM function during audits, assessments, and stakeholder discussions, and develop processes for IAM governance, compliance, and reporting.
•Act as a subject matter expert on CyberArk and IAM technologies, providing training and mentorship to team members.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of IT experience focused on IAM and security solutions.
•5+ years of Tier 3 experience managing IAM systems such as Active Directory and EntraID implementations.
•Strong expertise in Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD), including integration/synchronization, federation, and identity governance.
•Hands-on scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, Java or other) for automation and system integration.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
