Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute a 12–18 month product roadmap balancing requests across functions.
  • •Maintain the authoritative lifecycle view of how opportunities move across systems and identify broken handoffs.
  • •Own data integration behaviors, including sync direction, failure modes, and conflict resolution.
  • •Write user stories with precise acceptance criteria, run sprint ceremonies, and handle QA.
  • •Publish baseline metrics (cycle time, data coverage, adoption) and coordinate releases across systems.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of digital product management experience owning products from discovery to launch.
  • •Proven experience owning a platform spanning multiple systems of record and their integrations.
  • •Technical depth to read schemas, follow data lineage, and query a warehouse.
  • •Deep experience managing Agile/Scrum backlogs and running sprint ceremonies.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
