Senior Project Controls Analyst (Cost Engineer)

Execute day-to-day project controls across oil, gas, and remediation workstreams to ensure accurate cost performance and financial forecasting. Build and maintain cost-loaded schedules, budgets, and baseline plans; perform variance and earned value (EVM) analysis; and support scope control and change management. Partner with project managers to identify cost and schedule risks, deliver project controls reporting to stakeholders, and help improve project controls procedures.
