Key Responsibilities

•Lead and coordinate the design, creation, and maintenance of dashboards to ensure teams have clear visibility of operational and business metrics.
•Ensure data health by maintaining robust tables and proactive alert systems to safeguard data integrity across the ecosystem.
•Act as a cross-functional data liaison to translate business needs into analytic solutions and align metrics with business goals.
•Oversee end-to-end KPI reporting, designing advanced dashboards and ensuring timely delivery of outputs.
•Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and accelerate data solution development and deployment.

Key Requirements

•+3 years of experience in BI, Data Analytics or Metrics in tech or highly transactional companies with proven experience managing data initiatives.
•Advanced SQL for maintaining tables and complex queries (must have).
•Strong data visualization skills (Tableau, PowerBI or Grafana).
•Proactive use of Generative AI tools (preferably Gemini) to optimize code, document, and accelerate value delivery.
•Knowledge of Python is a plus.
