Job Summary

Manage a portfolio of major clients in health & life-protection (Santé-Prévoyance), acting as a technical guarantor for commercial activity. Ensure legal compliance by analyzing contracts and presenting results to employee committees, while negotiating and arranging placements with risk-carrying organizations. Partner with commercial leadership and technical-commercial teams to conduct studies and adjust policy terms, values, and updates as client activity evolves. Primary stakeholders include HR leaders and employee representatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Own responsibility for a portfolio of large-account clients (ETI – grands comptes).
•Act as a technical guarantor for commercial activity.
•Ensure legal compliance of contracts, analyzing and presenting results during employee committee meetings.
•Negotiate and execute placements with risk-carrying organizations.
•Coordinate with commercial leadership and technical-commercial teams to run studies and adjust policy wording, values, and changes as client activity evolves.

Key Requirements

•Master’s level education in business/insurance (Bac+5 Commerce / Assurances).
•3–5 years of successful experience in tailored Santé-Prévoyance contracts for large accounts.
•Ability to ensure legal compliance by analyzing contracts and preparing results, including for employee committees.
•Experience negotiating and executing placements with risk-carrying organizations.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office (pack office) and fluent English.
