Fighter/Attack Aircrew Training SME (Subject Matter Expert)

Develop and deliver advanced fighter/attack aircrew training and tactics for high-performance 5th generation aircraft, with a focus on the F-15 platform. Build and maintain courseware and training content, instruct pilot courses, and evaluate effectiveness using operational data and customer feedback. Create CONOPS/Mission Assurance plans and conduct simulator verification/testing using Boeing Full Mission Simulators, while ensuring compliance with security, access control, and classified media handling requirements.
