Job Summary

Serve as a strategic People Business Partner for assigned business areas in Allianz Technology. Act as key contact for people managers and business leaders on people tasks, processes, and tools, providing HR consultancy and coordinating local HR processes. Build trusted relationships with employees and employee representatives, identify HR business needs, and partner with HR experts to design and implement solutions, including HR support in complex change management projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as strategic partner and key contact to people managers and business leaders on people tasks, processes, and tools, fostering awareness of interdependencies.
•Provide HR consultancy advice and coordinate and steer HR processes on a local level.
•Create and maintain high-visibility relationships with employees and employee representative bodies (e.g. works council).
•Identify HR business needs and work with HR experts to develop and apply suitable processes and initiatives.
•Support, advise and facilitate the implementation of HR aspects within complex change management projects.

Key Requirements

•Degree or equivalent professional experience.
•Several years of work experience in at least one HR expert area (e.g. recruiting, learning and development, compensation and benefits), ideally in an international environment.
•Broad knowledge of local labour legislation.
•Knowledge of the existing (HR) process landscape and (HR) organization.
•Fluent English and German language skills (written/spoken) are a must; competence to exchange complex information with diplomatic tact.
