Key Responsibilities

  • •Competently advise leaders across levels and areas regarding safety and health responsibilities in production
  • •Act as the main contact for all production sites for questions on safety and health
  • •Strengthen safety culture through high on-site presence, safety walkdowns, and safety discussions
  • •Conduct trainings, including leadership training, and participate in developing training modules and organizing safety days
  • •Plan, execute, and document safety inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments; lead accident investigations and oversee safety and health systems, including work permit requirements for high-risk activities

Key Requirements

  • •Completed technical, craft, or comparable vocational training
  • •Training as ASGS specialist or safety engineer
  • •At least 5 years of professional experience in occupational safety and health in an industrial production environment
  • •Sound knowledge of Swiss legislation for occupational safety and health
  • •Very good communication skills, including experience training employees and managers at different levels
