Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee incoming orders and coordinate communication with internal stakeholders to ensure needs are understood and fulfilled.
  • •Collect/predict demand and translate it into planning and delivery of materials to support customer-site services.
  • •Develop and execute operational plans using resources, local constraints, and infrastructure to drive material availability.
  • •Monitor order progress, conduct daily escalations, and drive follow-up across the logistic process from end to end.
  • •Contribute to logistics project teams and initiate continuous improvement to optimize logistical costs while mentoring junior colleagues.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant bachelor’s degree is preferred (e.g., Business Administration, Supply chain).
  • •SAP experience is preferred.
  • •Data analysis skills are required (Excel, Power BI, Spotfire, etc.).
  • •Work independently on processes with significant dependencies on other processes/units.
  • •Ensure successful delivery of logistic requirements and services on-time, on-spec, and at the right quality.
