Senior Quantity Surveyor - Aviation

Own cost control for aviation infrastructure projects on behalf of the Contracting Entity, managing spend and ensuring compliant payments aligned to reimbursement principles. Lead and oversee a team of Intermediate Quantity Surveyors, develop cost management strategy and standards, monitor variations, cashflow forecasting, retentions, and liquidated damages, and advise on financial risk impacts, claims, disputes, and final project cost forecasting to protect the programme budget.
