Support onshore design managers to create end-client proposal presentations and maintain ongoing formatting of proposal documents. Produce original slide graphic content for a wide range of audiences, ensuring accurate data capture and high-quality outputs. Manage deadline-driven delivery with strong urgency, proactively follow up to resolve issues, and support process improvements and technology initiatives. Collaborate closely with onshore teams to meet SLA, timeline, and client satisfaction standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Support onshore design managers to create end-client proposal presentations and ongoing formatting of proposal documents.
•Create original graphic content for slides for a wide variety of audiences.
•Ensure accurate data capture when transferring content in and out of proposals and the database.
•Proactively follow up and resolve issues to meet client and client-team deadlines and SLA requirements.
•Identify process improvement opportunities and support process/technology enhancements and unit-wide initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Any graduate or post-graduate (full time).
•2+ years of relevant experience.
•Strong English communication skills to coordinate with onshore team members.
•Proven aptitude for quick creative thinking with strong attention to detail under demanding deadlines.
•Familiarity with Brand Matters is an added advantage; previous design management experience is desirable.
