Job Summary

Lead controlling and FP&A for the local finance team, owning annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis. Partner with business units and leadership to drive performance management, support monthly business unit reviews, and ensure timely, accurate group reporting. Build management reports, KPIs, and dashboards, develop the controlling function, and support internal/external audits. Play a key role in an ongoing ERP transition, improving data quality and reporting alignment.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes.
•Perform variance and GAP analyses to identify business drivers and risks.
•Act as finance business partner to business units and leadership, including monthly business unit review meetings.
•Ensure timely and accurate group reporting; develop management reports, KPIs, and dashboards.
•Lead and develop the controlling function and support internal/external audits, including ERP transition and data quality improvements.

Key Requirements

•5–8+ years experience in controlling / FP&A / finance business partnering.
•Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
•Strong understanding of P&L, forecasting, and performance management.
•Advanced Excel and Power BI knowledge (DAX); SQL is an advantage.
•Leadership or people management experience is a plus.
