Security Engineering Manager, London or Lausanne

Build, scale, and lead a high-performing security engineering team reporting to the CISO. Own the technical security roadmap for the digital biology platform, co-design long-term strategy across IAM, cloud & network security, secure SDLC, and security monitoring. Lead transformation projects that support frontier ML models and therapeutics, oversee cloud/platform security using AI-first approaches, and serve as senior escalation for major incidents and architectural vulnerabilities.
