Key Responsibilities

  • •Mentor and scale a team of security engineers, fostering technical excellence, continuous learning, and high-impact delivery.
  • •Co-design and implement a long-term technical security strategy covering IAM, cloud and network security, secure SDLC, and security monitoring.
  • •Lead industry-pioneering transformation projects that support frontier ML models and new therapeutics.
  • •Oversee security of cloud infrastructure and platform, using AI and agentic workflows for automated security posture management.
  • •Serve as senior technical escalation for complex security incidents and systemic architectural vulnerabilities, and provide KPI-driven roadmap updates to executives.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven track record leading/managing technical security teams in fast-paced scale-ups or world-class technology organizations.
  • •Deep experience defining and defending security architectures across complex, multi-tenant cloud systems.
  • •Solid exposure to security and regulatory requirements for AI/ML and/or the life sciences industry.
  • •Ability to translate strategic risk planning into hands-on implementation and arbitrate technical trade-offs.
  • •Strong background securing cloud platforms (GCP preferred), containerized workloads (Kubernetes/Docker), and deploying Zero Trust frameworks.
