Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AIOps journeys and Service Management solutions with the Lead Site Reliability Engineer.
  • •Implement use cases that improve incident detection, impact assessment, technical diagnosis, evidence correlation, recovery guidance, and problem management.
  • •Build Grafana dashboards and service-health views integrating metrics, logs, traces, events, alerts, and service context.
  • •Develop automation and workflow capabilities that reduce repetitive manual work and speed incident/problem investigation.
  • •Create secure APIs and integrations, design and develop software meeting performance/availability/security/resilience requirements, and automate CI/CD with testing and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3 years of hands-on software engineering experience in production-critical or enterprise environments.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering/Information Systems (or equivalent).
  • •Strong programming in at least Python or Java (TypeScript, JavaScript, SQL or enterprise scripting is advantageous).
  • •Experience designing and developing REST APIs, service integrations, data processing components, and workflow automation.
  • •Practical observability and AIOps experience (e.g., Grafana, metrics/logs/traces/alerting, OpenTelemetry concepts, AI/ML/LLMs for operational tooling).
