Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet guests, present menus, and provide recommendations or descriptions of menu items.
  • •Take accurate food and beverage orders, noting special requests or dietary restrictions.
  • •Enter orders into the point-of-sale system and communicate them to kitchen and bar staff.
  • •Serve food and beverages in a timely, courteous, and accurate manner; check back with guests during meals.
  • •Maintain cleanliness and organization, handle payments, and adhere to health and safety regulations for food handling and sanitation.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of working experience and 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • •Experience that is a plus: 2 years GCC experience.
  • •Knowledge of the restaurant menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and specials.
  • •Ability to take orders accurately and enter them into the restaurant point-of-sale system.
  • •High School Diploma in a Food and Beverage related course.
