Support and maintain the Neo application day to day for the multinational landscape, ensuring operational stability and effective issue resolution. Provide proactive 2nd level support (incident investigation and resolution), monitor application performance, and contribute to service reliability. Assist with testing cycles, releases, defect resolution, and the ongoing improvement of AI-enabled solutions and automations. Work within IT service management and governance frameworks while collaborating globally across Operations, IT, and Underwriting.
