Key Responsibilities

  • •Take full ownership of assigned categories to develop and optimize the supply network.
  • •Refine and implement sourcing and supply chain strategy for selected categories to optimize processes, reduce risk, and improve cost structure.
  • •Build and maintain a strong supplier base, managing relationships with strategic suppliers including performance management and innovation activities.
  • •Manage cost savings initiatives through strategic sourcing, hitting targeted budgets, and use internal datasets and industry benchmarks to drive continuous improvement.
  • •Onboard new vendors and SKUs, manage quality specifications and potential issues, and work with Procurement Operations to set execution plans and track vendor contract compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of relevant experience in supply chain operations and strategic sourcing, or operations strategy-focused management consulting.
  • •3+ years of packaging sourcing experience (preferred).
  • •Undergraduate degree (preferred) or equivalent relevant experience.
  • •Fluency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Suite (especially Google Sheets).
  • •Experience leading large initiatives and sourcing events through strategic sourcing processes.
