Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions to deliver a superior offboarding experience.
  • •Provide guidance and manage client requests on HR matters including termination, resignation, transfers, employment contracts, and redundancy processes with legal compliance.
  • •Lead and facilitate meetings with clients and external employees, including workforce reduction consultations and administrative hearings, to support termination outcomes.
  • •Draft, tailor, and administer termination and supplementary documents while maintaining strict privacy and confidentiality.
  • •Act as subject-matter expert for offboarding and employee relations inquiries; monitor ongoing cases and contribute to process improvements and automation.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • •Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments, analyze complex HR issues, research, and communicate practical recommendations in ambiguous environments.
  • •Basic understanding of employee relations, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
