Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and validate enterprise learning opportunities through market research, client engagement, and signals from Andela’s Talent Network; design learning solution concepts targeting AI/ML, Cloud, Data, and Software Engineering domains with AI as the focus; build business cases with market sizing and revenue projections; lead proof-of-concept programs demonstrating learner outcomes and client ROI; present solution investment recommendations to cross-functional leadership
  • •Define curriculum architecture, assessment frameworks, hands-on lab architectures, and certification pathways for enterprise learning programs; decide modality (live, virtual, self-paced, cohort-based) and platform integration; evaluate AI-assisted delivery tools; build design standards and playbooks; leverage partnerships to scale content development
  • •Lead discovery and scoping for complex enterprise reskilling engagements; facilitate design workshops and stakeholder reviews; define engagement models, milestones, and success criteria; drive iterative program refinement based on learner performance data
  • •Transform pilots into scalable offerings with recurring revenue potential; develop positioning and sales enablement for learning solutions; support pre-sales activities and proposals; build playbooks enabling rapid replication; track solution adoption and revenue impact
  • •Collaborate across Talent Operations, Delivery, Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing to ensure alignment with business goals and client outcomes

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in enterprise learning, workforce transformation, or technical education; at least 3 years in a solution design or product leadership capacity
  • •Understanding of enterprise reskilling at scale (50–500+ learners per cohort)
  • •Hands-on experience packaging and promoting certification-driven programs across AI/ML, Cloud, Data, or Software Engineering
  • •Strong technical fluency and ability to engage with L&D leaders at target firms
