Kitchen Equipment Technician

Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot kitchen equipment to keep daily operations running smoothly. Perform preventive maintenance, respond to breakdown calls, and keep detailed service records while following safety and hygiene standards. Handle electrical work (DBs, wiring, sockets, breakers), plumbing tasks (water lines, drainage, grease traps), and mechanical/HVAC duties such as FCU work. Support reliable performance of ovens, fryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, and coffee machines.
