Key Responsibilities

  • •Own supplier industrialization end-to-end for an assigned URS product line, from NPI build through rate production across the full multi-level BOM
  • •Analyze and validate true supplier capacity using value stream mapping, takt/cycle-time analysis, and constraint identification
  • •Partner with suppliers to optimize process flow, factory layout, work cell design, tooling, and material presentation to reduce cycle time, WIP, and touch labor
  • •Drive supplier quality activities including PPAP, FAI (AS9102), control plans, PFMEA, process qualification, and corrective actions
  • •Own bring-up of new production tooling/fixtures/lines at supplier sites and plan capacity expansion readiness and production ramp-up

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in industrialization, supplier quality, manufacturing engineering, or process engineering in a manufacturing environment
  • •Bachelor's degree in engineering (BSME, BSEE, BSIE, manufacturing, materials) or a related technical field
  • •Demonstrated experience taking a product or supplier from prototype/NPI through production ramp, including tooling and line bring-up
  • •Hands-on experience with value stream mapping, capacity modeling, and production flow optimization on a live manufacturing floor
  • •Working knowledge of quality fundamentals including PPAP, FAI/AS9102, control plans, PFMEA, and SPC
