Key Requirements

  • •Associate’s degree in Mechanical Design/Drafting (or related) with 10+ years of mechanical design experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related) with 7+ years experience.
  • •Proficiency in CAD software such as PTC Creo, SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar design platforms.
  • •Strong knowledge of GD&T, design for manufacturability, tolerance analysis, and engineering change management.
  • •Experience with HVAC, industrial equipment, or a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • •Ability to lead complex project work, resolve design issues, and coordinate/train/review team members.
