Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as embedded marketing lead for the provider/recruiting team, aligning on shared goals and pipeline.
  • •Run multi-channel recruitment campaigns to convert court reporters into applicants and signups.
  • •Build reporter lifecycle journeys including onboarding, activation, re-engagement, and win-back communications.
  • •Grow the court reporter community via ambassador programs, peer spotlights, and referral/loyalty initiatives.
  • •Represent Steno at conventions and industry events, capturing content and partnering on retention insights and KPIs.

Key Requirements
