Key Responsibilities

•Serve in a Deputy Program Manager role on major rail and bridge transportation projects delivered via Progressive Design-Build/ Design-Build delivery methods
•Support Program Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary team of Engineers and Architects for the preparation of final design documents for rail and bridge facilities
•Support Construction Manager to lead a team of Resident Engineers, Office Engineers, Office Administrators, Safety staff and Inspectors for the delivery of bridge/rail facilities and rail systems
•Support Program Manager with program management of all areas within the project team to include but not limited to Program Controls, Document Control, Design and Construction Management, Risk Management, Safety Management, Quality Control, Environmental Compliance, Stakeholder/ Third Party Management, Public Outreach and adjacent project coordination
•Provide oversight of FRA reporting and program budget management

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 205,000 - 250,000

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (Engineering related) or equivalent
•12 years of relevant experience
•Proven experience in the delivery of transportation infrastructure projects, with construction costs in excess of $250 million
•Proficiency with transit and rail engineering/construction principles, practices, process, standard of care, and the application to permitting and project work-related issues
•Strong oral and written communication skills
