Key Responsibilities

  • •Shape end-to-end product vision, strategy, and UX for a conversational AI and agent-based product.
  • •Lead product discovery to identify user needs, evaluate opportunities, and prioritize initiatives by user and business impact.
  • •Translate ambiguous concepts into product requirements, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and actionable specifications.
  • •Partner with engineering on system architecture and technical constraints, including LLM behavior, agent memory, identity models, state management, and data flows.
  • •Handle edge cases and reliability concerns across failure modes, error recovery, permissions, and user-control scenarios; incorporate user research and maintain trust and privacy focus.
