Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with users to capture and analyze information on Smart Manufacturing app adoption.
  • •Identify gaps, weaknesses, and inefficiencies in current solutions and propose AI-driven enhancements.
  • •Define business solutions and propose implementation projects leveraging AI/GenAI where applicable.
  • •Coordinate and lead cross-global projects, managing resources across teams.
  • •Use metrics and performance data to find improvement opportunities and collaborate with data scientists on data analysis and early technology development challenges, including yield ramp support using AI/ML models.

Key Requirements

  • •Master's or Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience in Process Integration Engineering (PIE) or Process Equipment Engineering (PEE).
  • •Strong fab process domain knowledge, including experience in yield improvement activities.
  • •Experience in early-stage technology development and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
  • •Proven ability to lead and manage projects with strong communication, teamwork, and program/project management skills; strong interest in data science, AI, and generative AI for smart manufacturing and yield improvement.
