Key Responsibilities

  • •Own physical and functional integration of IBCS-M subsystems, coordinating hardware, software, and vendor teams to ensure components work together.
  • •Drive integration for SDK, API, and secure-connectivity onboarding of first-party and third-party systems into the IBCS-M network and data fabric.
  • •Define and execute technical test approaches, pass/fail criteria, and test procedures to validate operational requirements.
  • •Maintain technical baselines including configuration control, requirements traceability, and risk management across system lifecycle and releases.
  • •Lead technical milestone and gate reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR) and determine readiness outcomes at each stage.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, integration, and test, ideally supporting a hardware/software system in a defense, national security, or aerospace environment.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading system integration across multiple engineering disciplines (hardware, software, and/or manufacturing).
  • •Hands-on experience planning, executing, and documenting system-level test campaigns to validate operational requirements.
  • •Experience owning requirements traceability and/or configuration management and risk management for a complex system program.
  • •Must be able to obtain a minimum Secret Clearance and travel up to 25%.
