Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement contract management strategies, policies, and guidelines aligned to business objectives.
  • •Manage medium to high-risk contracts and service agreements to ensure alignment with operational and commercial requirements.
  • •Develop contractor performance frameworks and contract governance processes to strengthen governance.
  • •Lead contract improvement initiatives to optimize cost, performance, and value delivery.
  • •Partner with Procurement and operational stakeholders on sourcing strategies, tendering, and contract negotiations, including providing specialist advice and guidance.
