Job Function: Software Engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the technical thesis for how the platform validates software when an agent is the author, and translate it into buildable architecture.
  • •Prototype hard problems by building early feedback mechanisms that close the gap between passing tests and working software.
  • •Design trusted, language-aware validation approaches starting with Rust, Ruby, and Go under a shared definition.
  • •Design mid-loop feedback so agents self-correct toward working software rather than green assertions, and build the systems that deliver it.
  • •Collaborate with engineering teams to adopt approaches, measure adoption and trust/validation quality, and use findings to improve the platform.

  • •Hands-on validation-gap point of view with concrete ideas to close it, backed by approaches you’ve built or tried.
  • •Ability to design systems across multiple languages rather than tuning a single framework; know when solutions should be general vs. language-specific.
  • •You prototype to learn and are comfortable shipping solutions.
