Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and schedule complex interviews across departments, hiring managers, and time zones.
  • •Act as the primary point of contact for candidates regarding interview logistics and communications.
  • •Maintain and update candidate information in the ATS with high accuracy.
  • •Support recruiters with candidate management, interviewing, and sourcing across locations.
  • •Track hiring project pipelines and identify opportunities to improve recruiting operations and process efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of relevant sourcing experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • •Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media or technical forums.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • •2+ years of recruiting experience within the tech industry.
