Job Summary

Own and improve market visibility for the Bundeswehr customer and translate work results into the Thales Deutschland organization. Develop and update Bundeswehr-relevant marketing content, coordinate relevant trade shows and events including on-site support, and produce event follow-ups. Support Key Account Managers with customer meeting preparation and help create the Customer Engagement Plan. Coordinate proactively with internal stakeholders across missions.

Location: Stuttgart, Kiel

Key Responsibilities

•Independently improve market visibility around the Bundeswehr customer and communicate work results into the Thales Deutschland organization.
•Develop and update marketing content relevant to the Bundeswehr customer.
•Prepare and coordinate relevant trade fairs and events, including on-site support, and create event follow-ups.
•Support Key Account Managers in preparing customer meetings.
•Support creation of the Customer Engagement Plan for the Bundeswehr customer and coordinate proactively with internal stakeholders.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•Successfully completed degree in business administration, marketing, corporate communications, or a comparable field.
•At least 3 years of professional experience in event management, corporate communications and/or product marketing.
•Knowledge of sales, especially in the defense industry and/or familiarity with the Bundeswehr (plus).
•Strong conceptual, organizational, and analytical skills, with excellent communication and a convincing presence across hierarchy levels.
•Negotiation-level German and English (spoken and written); French skills are a plus.
