Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end delivery of complex AI projects from requirements through execution and completion.
  • •Act as primary point of contact for clients, building relationships and providing clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Translate complex or evolving requirements into project scopes, delivery plans, success criteria, and practical solutions.
  • •Partner with Sales, Operations, Product, and Engineering to coordinate resources, solve delivery challenges, and ensure alignment with client and Prolific goals.
  • •Track delivery metrics (quality, timelines, budgets, profitability) and use project data to improve outcomes; identify and address risks early.

Key Requirements

  • •3–6+ years of experience managing complex client projects or programmes, ideally in AI/ML, human data, or data services.
  • •Strong understanding of AI technologies and the AI/ML development lifecycle, including data collection, annotation, evaluation, and validation.
  • •Strong client-facing skills with experience building trusted relationships and communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • •Experience translating complex or ambiguous client requirements into clear, executable plans and successful outcomes.
