Key Responsibilities

•Provide timely management information (MI) reporting and operational support to referral parties, enabling data-driven decision-making and strengthening collaboration across stakeholders.
•Offer daily support to the team to ensure all requests and tasks are completed on time, meet expected quality standards, and remain aligned with HSBC’s values.
•Understand the customer’s context & objectives and provide relevant product information to meet their needs.
•Drive product penetration and customer retention by strengthening positive client relationships.
•Manage end-to-end onboarding for commercial customers, ensuring complete and accurate documentation, timely processing, and full compliance with the Bank’s AML/KYC standards and applicable regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

•University degree in Business Administration or related disciplines.
•Proven years of work experience in providing high standard of customer service.
•Good communication and interpersonal skills.
•Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
•High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers.
