Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce polished, client-ready PowerPoint materials (including syndication launch decks, lender presentations, IC memos, investor updates) to Apollo brand standards under tight turnarounds.
  • •Support syndication execution across investments for both financial sponsors and corporate/non-sponsor transactions.
  • •Assist senior syndication professionals in determining and marketing optimal structures and terms to clear the market.
  • •Build and maintain pricing analyses, comp sets and term sheet comparisons across IG, sub-IG and hybrid instruments to support pricing recommendations.
  • •Attend pipeline calls and investment committee meetings to help manage deal flow.

Key Requirements

  • •1-3 years of investment banking experience with formal analyst training program
  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related quantitative discipline
  • •Advanced PowerPoint skills and ability to produce board- and investor-ready materials
  • •Strong Excel proficiency and Bloomberg fluency
  • •Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams with high attention to detail
