Key Responsibilities

•Produce polished, client-ready PowerPoint materials (including syndication launch decks, lender presentations, IC memos, investor updates) to Apollo brand standards under tight turnarounds.
•Support syndication execution across investments for both financial sponsors and corporate/non-sponsor transactions.
•Assist senior syndication professionals in determining and marketing optimal structures and terms to clear the market.
•Build and maintain pricing analyses, comp sets and term sheet comparisons across IG, sub-IG and hybrid instruments to support pricing recommendations.
•Attend pipeline calls and investment committee meetings to help manage deal flow.

Key Requirements

•1-3 years of investment banking experience with formal analyst training program
•Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related quantitative discipline
•Advanced PowerPoint skills and ability to produce board- and investor-ready materials
•Strong Excel proficiency and Bloomberg fluency
•Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams with high attention to detail
