Key Responsibilities

  • •Define a clear R2R strategy and roadmap for end-to-end processes across the operating model.
  • •Design and maintain a standard end-to-end R2R core model (deliverables, templates, business rules, process steps, key controls).
  • •Ensure compliance with global financial regulations, internal controls, and external regulatory requirements.
  • •Collaborate with IT and ERP teams to integrate R2R processes into system architecture and support global adoption while accommodating regional variations.
  • •Lead change management and training to drive adoption of new tools and processes across teams and build a network of Local Process Experts.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
  • •8-10 years of accounting experience in an international environment
  • •Proven experience in financial audits, management consulting, or business process outsourcing
  • •Strong knowledge of IFRS and local GAAPs
  • •Hands-on expertise in corporate tax accounting and intercompany processes
