Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate compliance activity relating to building services, including review of inspection reports and certification.
  • •Ensure statutory remedials are correctly identified and actioned, and drive timely close-out of corrective actions, incidents, and significant site issues.
  • •Maintain accurate, auditable compliance records and ensure O&M documentation is completed and uploaded following works.
  • •Support planning and coordination of activity under JSP 375 Safe Systems of Work with Senior Authorised Persons.
  • •Liaise with subcontractors, DSTL end users, Facilities Managers, and stakeholders to coordinate requirements and deliver safe systems of work and safety inspections.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 27,000 - 32,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Previous administration experience in a busy, customer-focused environment.
  • •Confidence organizing site access and coordinating/scheduling subcontractor works while maintaining accurate records.
  • •Strong customer-facing stakeholder management to coordinate requirements, resolve issues, and keep teams informed.
  • •Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements, including COSHH and RIDDOR, plus experience managing contractors in maintenance or construction.
  • •An SMTS qualification is required, or willingness to work towards one; MOD experience or SC clearance is advantageous.
