Job Summary

Lead the delivery of complex UK civil infrastructure projects within a Project, Commercial and Programme Management team. Partner with clients and multidisciplinary teams to plan, manage, and deliver projects across sectors such as highways, rail, urban infrastructure, water, energy, flood risk, and more. Manage scope, cost, schedule, risk, change, and quality, build client relationships, handle commercial and contract requirements, and help develop junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan, manage, and deliver complex infrastructure projects, supporting clients through concept to completion.
•Manage scope, cost, schedule, risk, change, and quality to ensure successful delivery.
•Build strong client relationships and contribute to project strategy.
•Manage commercial and contract requirements, supporting safe and high-quality delivery.
•Lead own projects or support larger programmes/workstreams, and help develop junior team members.

Key Requirements

•Experience delivering infrastructure, utilities, civil engineering, construction, or related projects in a project management role.
•Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and client relationship skills.
•Commercial awareness, including experience managing budgets, scope, risk, change, and project performance.
•Experience working with NEC contracts (NEC3 or NEC4 ECC experience beneficial).
•A recognised project management qualification, or willingness to work towards one (e.g., APM, PRINCE2, PMP).
