Key Responsibilities

  • •Review production specifications for each scheduled product SKU and ask clarifying questions before starting.
  • •Remove product from the machine according to cycle time to maintain scheduled production.
  • •Trim, file, or cut excess flash and inspect each piece to ensure it meets quality and customer specifications.
  • •Advise a supervisor of product quality issues, packing damage, or inconsistencies to limit production loss.
  • •Label, package, and stack finished product for transfer to shipping while maintaining safety procedures and a clean workstation.
