Job Summary

Analyze compensation and market data for investment banking and securities services clients, completing end-to-end product cycles that include data collection, review/cleaning, and finalization. Produce market benchmarking and executive benchmarking outputs (salary banding, job architecture, grade pyramid, incentive plan reviews) while supporting client relationships and answering compensation/industry questions. Build reporting templates, generate qualitative commentary, update quarterly financial benchmarks, and develop RFP and training materials using Excel VBA, Tableau, SQL, and Microsoft Access.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete end-to-end product cycles for investment banking and investor services compensation data (collection, review/cleaning, finalization).
•Generate market and executive benchmarking reports and analyses (salary banding, job architecture, grade pyramid, incentive plan reviews, peer group analysis).
•Build report templates, examine data output, and develop commentary to provide qualitative insights.
•Update financial benchmarks quarterly and support client/regional teams with compensation committee or management committee meeting materials.
•Develop processes to improve productivity and efficiencies and create trainings/demos on using data analytics platforms for report generation and consumption.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Economics, Finance, or related field, plus five years of progressive data analysis experience.
•At least two years of experience completing product cycles for investment banking and investor services compensation data collection, review/cleaning, and finalization.
•At least two years of experience conducting executive benchmarking and related analyses (salary banding, job architecture, grade pyramid, incentive plan review, peer group analysis).
•At least two years of experience preparing and supporting Human Capitol and Total Rewards RFPs.
•At least two years of experience using Excel VBA, Tableau, and SQL, including analyzing compensation and financial general ledger datasets and storing/automating data using Microsoft Access.
