Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the single point of contact across customers, Sales, PDI/Service Operations, Administration, and OEM functions to ensure inspection, preparation, documentation, and delivery standards.
  • •Manage PDI job cards: accurate system updates, timely closure, and parts tracking.
  • •Identify, record, follow up, and ensure closure of vehicle abnormalities before delivery.
  • •Coordinate with Sales, Service, Administration, and OEM teams to ensure vehicles are delivery-ready as committed.
  • •Maintain accurate PDI, arrival inspection, and delivery documentation; monitor delivery status and provide daily reports to management.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in an automobile dealership environment.
  • •At least 3 years of experience in a technical role, preferably within buses or commercial vehicles.
  • •Experience in service operations, PDI, workshop coordination, or vehicle delivery processes.
  • •Strong understanding of automotive dealership, distributor, workshop, and PDI processes.
