Enhance local services discovery for hospitality, dining, and leisure by building large-scale search and recommendation models. Key Responsibilities

•Support the local video service business to improve discovery of hospitality, dining, and leisure.
•Improve local services search experience and promote ecosystem growth.
•Use large-scale machine learning to enhance user shopping experiences and conversion efficiency.
•Design and implement local services search algorithms across the full stack (query analysis, relevance, recall, coarse/fine/blended ranking).
•Develop personalized behavior modeling for relevance, CTR/CVR prediction, and vector recall/value blending.

Key Requirements

•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Strong foundation in machine learning and deep learning, including experience with NLP and personalization.
•Exceptional coding skills with solid knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
•Proficiency in Linux development environments.
•Experience with search, recommendation, or advertisement algorithms (preferred) and familiarity with local life services and e-commerce (preferred).
