Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and manage enterprise data product roadmaps, priorities, and investment decisions aligned to business goals and domain strategies.
  • •Partner with business leaders across Growth & Distribution, Payments, Servicing, Claims, and others to identify data opportunities and measurable outcomes.
  • •Turn business needs into scalable, reusable data products including curated datasets, data services, APIs, semantic models, reporting foundations, and AI-ready data assets.
  • •Provide day-to-day direction, prioritization, and coaching to Data Analysts and Product Analysts while connecting discovery, analytics, and engineering delivery.
  • •Collaborate with Data Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Technology to deliver secure, governed, scalable data solutions and drive data quality, governance, metadata, lineage, privacy, and stewardship.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in product management, data product management, analytics, business intelligence, data strategy, or related, with demonstrated ownership across the product lifecycle.
  • •Translate business problems into product requirements, roadmaps, priorities, and measurable outcomes in Agile or product-led environments.
  • •Working knowledge of modern data ecosystems and enterprise data concepts, including data products, APIs, semantic models, analytics platforms, SQL, and Python.
  • •Lead cross-functional initiatives: influence stakeholders, facilitate discovery sessions, and coach analysts and business contributors.
  • •Experience with data governance and data quality, plus analytics, AI/ML initiatives, or enterprise data capabilities in regulated industries (e.g., insurance or financial services).
